Health Insurance information.

Insurance and Billing Information 

In order to verify your insurance's information, please send the following information to the Auxilio Global Health office:

  • A copy of your health insurance card by both sides
  • Copy of your passport or valid driver's license
  • Date of Birth
  • Home Phone or Cellular phone number
  • Email address
  • A copy of the Physician's referral

Our Accounting Department will contact your Health Insurance Plan to verify your coverage and deductibles, once they have all the information, we will contact you for further instructions.

If you don't have a Health Insurance Plan you need to do the following:

  • Send us a copy of your passport or valid driver's license
  • A copy of your physician's referral or a note with what type of procedure you are planning to have

Once you accepted the costs:

  • You will be required to send a deposit before arrival to the Hospital
  • For payments, the Hospital accepts: Cash (U.S. Dollars), Visa, MasterCard or American Express
  • Personal checks are not accepted

If there is any additional charges while you are in the hospital, you will have to make daily payments to your account or if there is any remaining balance after you left the Hospital, an invoice will be sent to your home address.
