Auxilio Mutuo Hospital accepts most medical insurances. However, to verify and assist you with your insurance
coverage, please send the following information to the Auxilio Global Health office:

• A copy of your health insurance card (both sides)
• Copy of your passport or valid driver's license
• Contact Phone Number
• Valid Email Address
• A copy of the physician's referral
